The Grayling Partnership was established by Richard Youle-Grayling after 20 years of working for two of the leading global executive search firms and a well-known UK Boutique. Richard has looked after a number of specialisms throughout his career including finance, procurement & supply chain and general management before working as a generalist in both the Private and Public sectors. As well as individual executive search assignments Richard has also managed a number of large scale volume recruitment campaigns for organisations going through significant restructures and change.
Whether delivering a search for a major global organisation or recruiting for a local SME, Richard is passionate about ensuring every aspect of the search is delivered to the highest possible quality. Richard also prides himself in attracting candidates into roles from different sectors giving his clients a broader wealth of experience in their shortlists. Outside of work, Richard spends time with his family doing outdoor activities including cycling and can often be found on the boards at Manchester velodrome.
